Virginia Real Estate Continuing EducationThese online continuing education real estate courses are approved by the Virginia Real Estate Board. Most agents need the 16 hour course. If this is your second or subsequent renewal, you need the Virginia 16 hour continuing education online course - This is a state-approved online 16 hour course of continuing education that is required every 2 years. The course includes all 8 hours of mandatory topics and 8 hours of elective subjects. It consists of a review of real estate concepts and rules. At the end of the course, there is a multiple choice test, which can be taken over if you don't pass at no extra cost. The course is Virginia state approved. You can log in and out whenever you want.
